Your rights
These forms live on the same website as the pilot form. Withdrawing consent is one short form and one button — comparable to how consent is given. You do not need to give new consent to use these rights; we process the request because the Act requires us to.
Withdraw consent
This stops processing that was based on the consent you gave on the pilot form. It does not, by itself, delete the record — tick erasure below as well if you also want deletion, or use the erasure form.
Withdrawal received
We will stop consent-based processing of that enquiry and confirm by email.
Access (section 11)
Request received
We will send a summary of what we hold, why, and which processors have seen it.
Correction, completion or update (section 12)
Request received
We will correct the record and confirm.
Erasure (section 12)
Request received
We will erase what we can and confirm. A 3-year evidence stub is retained.
Nominate someone (section 14)
They may exercise your rights if you die or lack capacity. We will ask for confirmation of the triggering event before acting.

You can update or revoke this by writing to us.
Grievance (section 13)
Use this if you are dissatisfied with our handling of your data or a rights request. We aim to respond in 30 days, and within 90 days at the latest. After that you may complain to the Data Protection Board — see the Privacy Notice.

No fee. Target: seven working days. The short consent request on the pilot form is already available in all of these languages.
